Rhinoplasty Showcase #2
Patient Areas of Concern
The large bump of concern to the patient (concern #1) was an overgrown nasal bone. It was reduced through cartilage reshaping. The thickness of her lower nose (concern #2) was rebuilt with cartilage reshaping and grafting for support.
Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
The lateral photographs show how reducing the size of the nasal bone gave the nose a more delicate look. The other pictures show her new nose is more in proportion with the rest of her face. In other words, her new nose is in harmony with her very pretty eyes and mouth.
