This vivacious woman was concerned by the premature aging of her facial features. She felt that the jowl-ing of her cheeks was making her look unhappy and older than her actual age. Overall she felt that she looked tired and drawn.
Patient Areas of Concern
The two areas that needed the most correction are outlined in the shaded areas. In both photos, Concern Area #1 shows loss of volume in the mid-face, and Concern Area #2 shows extensive jowl-ing obscuring her Jaw-line aesthetics.
Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
Concern Area #1 needs “Micro Fat Grafting” and Concern Area #2 needs to be treated with “short scar SMAS facelifting technique.”
This is an excellent example of the power of volume restoration in the face. Her jaw line has been nicely restored with the facelift (solution #2), but the volume restoration in her mid-face is the reason she has regained her aesthetics (solution #1).
