This young model wanted a small breast enlargement. She fell that she was always too petite for her height. She was also concerned about the “saddle bag” area of her thighs. She has a pretty figure but she was looking for a very refined look. She is fit and she exercises on a regular basis.

This month’s case shows what can be done with judicious use of combination surgery. Excellent results can be obtained within limits. Too much surgery can lead to disaster. This is one area where an experienced plastic surgeon is needed.
