This month we’ll present another example of breast lift with augmentation. Our patient shows the typical findings of premature aging of the breast. The left is much worse with significant droopiness. The volume is too low relative to the large skin envelope. She elected to have a breast lift with a small augmentation.
When we asked her what to tell potential patients what the hardest part of her recovery was, she said:” Your recovery wasn’t all that painful, but the early appearance was just terrible. Make sure your patients know this. I looked at some recovery pictures in the office and that made me feel better. I was told that the early results are scary, so it helped a lot to see pictures of the recovery. The pictures below are two months postop and you can see how pretty they are. I was well worth it.”
