Our patient was concerned that she was losing her youthful features. She experienced significant sun exposure related skin damage due to her active outdoor lifestyle. She has a wonderful bone structure and lovely eyes, but her natural beauty suffers from aging changes. She exhibits forehead wrinkles and deterioration of her upper facial tone. Early loss of skin elasticity contributes to the signs of aging in her cheeks and jowls.
She underwent a combination of modified brow lifting and a facial rhitidectomy (face lift) Heflin style. Our patient lives in another state and traveled back two weeks after surgery. Below find a very early postop result. Excellent facial aesthetics were reestablished even as some swelling remained.
