

During a brow lift, an incision is made at or slightly behind the hairline, where it will be completely hidden by surrounding hair. During the first three to five days following the procedure, patients may experience some discomfort, which can be controlled with prescribed pain relievers. For two weeks following the procedure, temporary swelling and bruising in the upper cheek area are common. Patients are encouraged to wear tinted glasses to help conceal these conditions.
