Case of the month III

Spring always brings a rush of new patients to the plastic surgeons office. One operation peaks in April. More augmentation mammoplasty is performed during this month than any other month of the year. We think this is related to a warming trend in the weather, and people preparing for summer. The opposite is true for the southern hemisphere. This operation peaks six months later. Should we make April "national augmentation month”?
