There have been advances in cosmetic surgery over the past few years which have revolutionized the way we can contour or reshape the breasts, abdomen and other parts of the body. In particular, suction techniques have replaced more extensive surgery to remove unwanted fat. The success of body contouring, whether to reduce, enlarge or lift is influenced by your age as well as the size, shape and skin tone of the area you would like to have treated. Depending upon your personal objectives and our recommendation, we can perform one or a variety of procedures to give you the look you've always dreamed about.

to be treated. We use a small cannula to suction fat cells that
are causing the undesirable proportion. In 1996, we added ultrasonic
liposuction to our arsenal in the battle against the bulge. What is tumescent Liposuction ? Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) An incision is made in the bikini area of the abdomen where it
is not noticeable when wearing a swimsuit. We carefully remove as
much fat as possible, tighten the muscles and pull the skin taut,
trimming the excess. For more information

contour of the breast. The incision outlines the area from which
the breast skin will be removed and defines the new location for
the nipple. When the excess skin has been removed the nipple and
areola are moved to the higher position. The skin surrounding is
then brought down and together to reshape the breast. Stitches are
usually located around the areola in a vertical line extending downward
from the nipple area and along the lower crease of the breast. Optimal results are usually achieved in women with small, sagging
breasts. Breasts of any size can be lifted but the results may not
last as long in heavy breasts. If you're planning to have more children,
it may be a good idea to postpone your breast lift as pregnancy
will likely stretch your breasts again and offset the results of
the procedure. For more information

Many
individuals turn to liposuction to reduce or eliminate unwanted
bulges on their thighs, hips, and abdomen that cannot be eliminated
through diet and exercise. The procedure sculpts the body to its
proper proportions and many patients find that self-image and self-confidence
improve as well. The dramatic results obtained through liposuction
can be maintained by adhering to a healthy diet and exercise program.
Immediately
following the procedure patients may feel a burning sensation and
moderate discomfort which can be managed with over-the-counter or
prescription pain relievers. Patients must wear a snug support garment
for approximately two weeks following the procedure to keep bruising
and swelling to a minimum. Significant reduction is seen immediately
but the final appearance is usually realized in three to six months
following treatment.

One
of the more popular cosmetic procedures among many individuals is
an abdominoplasty, which involves removing excess skin and fat from
the abdomen to create a smoother, flatter appearance. By contouring,
tightening, and flattening the abdomen, abdominoplasty offer individuals
an attractive more physically fit appearance.
For
optimal results, an individual should consider a tummy tuck after
the cause of stomach stretching is gone. A few examples might include
the birth of children or excessive weight loss. The best results
for abdominoplasty are usually obtained when an individual is in
fairly good physical shape since strong muscles heal faster with
less pain. Before the procedure, patients are encouraged to begin
an exercise program that includes strength-building exercises such
as swimming and abdominal crunches.

Over
time, factors such as pregnancy, nursing and the force of gravity
take their toll on a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity,
the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag.
A breast lift can raise and reshape sagging breasts as well as reduce
the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple.
